Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source a high volume of candidates through innovative channels like job boards, social media, and industry events, exceeding weekly targets.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, focusing on identifying individuals who align with the company culture and specific role requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and tailor recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings, proactively engaging with individuals who may be a good fit.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and a successful close rate.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track progress, manage candidate data, and generate reports on key metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or similar credentials.
- Demonstrates 2-4 years of experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment, preferably within the IT or BPO industry.
- Exhibits fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi or another regional language is a plus.
- Has strong technical skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ATS and CRM systems.
- Displays excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
