Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Manage and optimize operational processes, including office management, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance, to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the HR and Operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Manage the company budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities across HR and operational functions.
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems and other technology solutions to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs, to boost morale and productivity.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures, ensuring they are consistently applied and updated as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR and Operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment and experience in the Manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
