Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for a Manager, HRIS & Compliance, who will support and maintain internal HR systems and services used in the organization, and be responsible for maintaining colleague data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity. Furthermore, conducting regular audits to ensure the HR department is in compliance with the company s policies and procedures.
This role will also include liaising with the relevant stakeholders in implementation of systems to ensure they are aligned to business needs, collaborating with the HR team to identify the improvements and enhancements needed to existing information services and databases, while recommending and implementing solutions. Also providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to the HR team will be key to the role.
About you
The successful Manager, HRIS & Compliance candidate will be responsible for leading the optimization and governance of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Workforce Software (WFS). This role ensures system integrity, compliance, and alignment with strategic HR goals through effective configuration, process automation, and data governance. The manager will lead the reimplementation of EC, manage system integrations, and drive continuous improvement in HR operations. Key responsibilities will include conducting internal audits, maintaining immutable audit trails, and collaborating cross-functionally with HR, IT, Global Office, vendors, and business partners to enhance system performance and user adoption.
This role also involves coaching and developing team members, influencing stakeholders, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. A strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS operations, system optimization, and compliance is essential, along with strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to leadership.
Ideally, you would also have previous experience working with SAP, have in-depth knowledge of HCM SuccessFactors Suite, ideally employee central, recruitment, onboarding, and performance & goals. Having extensive HR systems analytical and re-porting skills is also essential to the role.
