Job description: Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator (Automation Industry) Location: Abu Dhabi Company: WRS OFFICE AUTOMATION LLC Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in an automation or trading company. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, manage client interactions, and assist in preparing sales and service documentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and format quotations, proposals, and invoices Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Maintain filing system (digital & physical) and organize documentation Coordinate with sales and technical team regarding orders and deliveries Follow up with clients for approvals and payments Manage office supplies and vendor coordination Assist in preparing reports, letters, and purchase orders Support daily administrative and HR tasks when required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred in Business Administration) 1–2 years of experience in Admin / Sales Coordination (Automation or Trading field preferred) Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus) Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Skills: Client coordination Quotation preparation Filing & documentation Time management and accuracy Benefits: Competitive salary Visa, medical insurance, annual leave as per UAE Labour Law Job Type: Full-time
