Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Office Boy plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of a real estate office by performing administrative and support tasks. This includes maintaining cleanliness, handling office errands, assisting staff, and ensuring a well-organized work environment.


  1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness:
    Keep the office premises clean and tidy (dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.).
    Ensure meeting rooms, pantries, and workstations are well-maintained.
    Manage waste disposal and recycling.
  2. Document Handling & Delivery:
    Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
    Deliver and collect documents, contracts, and mail within the office or to external parties.
    Handle courier services (preparing packages, arranging pickups, etc.).
  3. Supplies & Inventory Management:
    Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.).
    Assist in inventory tracking and reporting shortages.
  4. Support to Staff & Clients:
    Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
    Assist in setting up meeting rooms for client presentations.
    Help with basic administrative tasks as needed.
  5. Errands & Miscellaneous Duties:
    Run office-related errands (bank deposits, purchasing supplies, etc.).
    Assist in event setup for property launches or company meetings.
    Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office environment preferred, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite and email applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster a friendly and approachable atmosphere.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address minor office issues proactively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, contributing to personal and professional growth.
