We are a growing insurance broker network looking for a female office manager who will strengthen our Dubai network head office. The office / admin manager is expected of the day to day admin activities .


Requirements
  1. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
  2. Displays excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) preferred if candidates have other languages (Arabic/French or Russian).
  3. Topnotch Planning and organizing and problem-solving skills.
  4. Peerless attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  5. Candidates on Sponsorship visa are preferred.

Responsibilities
Oversee the whole office operations by organizing policies procedures; preparing payroll; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as managing telephone calls, maintaining accurate, detailed and easy-to-find records of all correspondence, preparing proposals and invoices, scheduling meetings and keeping manager s calendars up-to-date.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assisting the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, etc.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
