Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment to prevent operational disruptions.
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring accurate distribution.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff, optimizing time management.
- Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1 years of relevant office administration experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
