Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring accurate distribution.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff, optimizing time management.
  • Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant office administration experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
