Oracle HCM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant Oracle HCM with strong expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM modules. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end project delivery, client interactions, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
Gather client requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Work on system setup, configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
Provide support for Oracle HCM processes including issue resolution and enhancements.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders for seamless process integration.
Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user training materials.
Manage data migration, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
Participate in project planning, estimations, and delivery management.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants/team members.
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM
Experience in modules such as: Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruitment / ORC, Compensation / Payroll
Configuration and implementation experience.
