Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, and confectionery items.

  • Develop innovative dessert concepts aligned with current market and culinary trends.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation standards.

  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

  • Support inventory control, ingredient preparation, and recipe standardization.

  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 1 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role within hospitality or restaurant environments.

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functionality, and recipe scaling.

  • Good understanding of UAE food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to introduce marketable dessert ideas.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role within hospitality or restaurant environments.
