  • A certificate or diploma from a recognized culinary or pastry arts institution
  • Proven experience leading a professional pastry kitchen, ideally within a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel
  • Strong baking skills and deep expertise in traditional and modern Italian desserts
  • Solid foundation in pastry techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, with a collaborative and calm approach under pressure
  • A sharp eye for presentation, detail, and consistency in high-end pastry production
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for innovation and seasonal menu development
  • A valid passport and readiness to relocate to Dubai
