Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive's complex calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements with meticulous detail.

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative role, demonstrating practical application of skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software, highlighting technological competency. normal typing speed

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
