Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across diverse time zones.
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, land transportation, and visas.
- Manage CEO’s email, filter priorities, and draft responses whenever applicable.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, professionally managing communication with key contacts.
- Manage personal appointments, family schedules, and household-related matters.
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers (e.g., DEWA, phone bills and maintenance repairs).
- Plan personal events, dinners, and family gatherings.
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and personal services.
- Conduct research and handle errands as needed (e.g., gift purchasing, personal projects).
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively before they arise.
- Manage household supplies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business, personal, and family matters.

- High proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, calendaring apps, and comfort learning new software.
- A self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and operates effectively without constant supervision.
- Can work under pressure, flexible to handle changing priorities, and availability for occasional after-hours support if required.
- A resourceful and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Open to global travel opportunities
