Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the HNWI, ensuring smooth execution of all activities.
- Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence with efficiency and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics both personal and business-related.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal/external stakeholders on behalf of the client.
- Handle document preparation, filing, and record-keeping in an organized and secure manner.
- Oversee household and office operations, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Anticipate the client s needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tools.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
