Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Sales Collaboration & Strategy • Partner with Sales teams to jointly approach and close enterprise, reseller, strategic partner and Telco deals across the GCC. • Define and implement pre-sales strategies for CPaaS domains in collaboration with Product, Technical and business stakeholders. Solution Design & Value Proposition • Translate technical capabilities into tailored solutions that address client specific use cases. • Develop and present compelling value propositions that demonstrate tangible business benefits. Customer Engagement & Presentations • Lead strategic discussions and joint presentations with Sales to decision makers across all levels. • Showcase how our solutions align with clients’ business goals and digital transformation strategies. Proposal & Bid Management • Oversee the creation of persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs. • Ensure proposals clearly communicate our strengths, differentiation, and value. Customer Success & Growth • Drive sustained customer success and wallet share growth in assigned domains and accounts. • Maintain strong post-sales engagement to ensure solution adoption and satisfaction. Market Intelligence • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in CPaaS and WhatsApp Business Messaging.


Required Qualifications & Skills • 3–5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales role within the Enterprise CPaaS domain. • Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business Messaging, Conversational AI, Email, Voice and the broader CPaaS ecosystem. • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment. • Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Native Arabic speakers and female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. • Experience working with GCC enterprise clients across verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Government, or Telecom. • Familiarity with proposal tools, CRM platforms, and demo environments. • Bachelors degree (minimum) in software engineering
