Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Product Support Specialist is part of a dedicated managed services team, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of e-payments systems, either related to card, non-card payments (SWIFT, RTGS, IPS, etc.), fraud, acquiring, reconciliation, and settlement processes. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues, supporting system upgrades, and collaborating closely with client teams and internal technical and development teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years of experience in payments. Strong knowledge of Linux, SQL, and scripting, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential for building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality support.
