Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
  • Manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and monitoring financial performance to optimize profitability.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, collaborating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate property records, including leases, tenant communications, and financial reports.
  • Market and lease available properties, implementing effective strategies to attract and retain quality tenants.
  • Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant disputes, ensuring a fair and thorough process for all parties involved.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and local real estate markets to make informed decisions regarding property management.
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance tenant experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred to provide a solid foundation for property management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of property management experience, showcasing a proven track record of successful property oversight.
  • Real Estate License or Property Management Certification is essential to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience in both residential and commercial property management is highly valued, offering a versatile skill set.
  • Preference for candidates with local market knowledge to effectively navigate and understand community needs.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency can enhance communication with diverse tenant populations.
