Proposal Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of CRM systems and document management tools is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with architectural terminology and project types is preferred.
