Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data that strengthen the proposal's competitive edge.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight the organization's value proposition and align with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a proposal library that captures best practices, templates, and case studies for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred for competitive edge.

  • 15+ years of experience in proposal management or business development within the relevant industry.

  • Certification in Proposal Management (e.g., APMP) is highly desirable to validate expertise.

  • Proven track record of winning proposals, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
