Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate property listings and maintain an organized database of available properties, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in managing real estate transactions by preparing necessary documents, contracts, and agreements, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and property values, providing valuable insights to agents and clients to inform decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, showcasing formal education in essential business principles.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a related position, demonstrating practical knowledge of the industry.
In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate processes, including off-plan sales, secondary market transactions, leasing, and RERA/DLD procedures.
Proven experience managing real estate documentation (Form F, MOUs, Oqood, Ejari, etc.).
Proficiency with UAE real estate platforms (e.g., DLD e-services, MLS via Property Finder/Bayut, transaction management software).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion, accuracy, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
