Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Support daily administrative tasks and coordination between departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
Assist in HR and Accounts team with basic clerical duties when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidate, Filipino nationality preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
