Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter with deep expertise in the UAE talent landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across diverse industries. This role demands strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and an in-depth understanding of local hiring trends and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using multiple sourcing strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage offer negotiations
  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws, market trends, and competitive compensation benchmarks
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry meetups

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE talent market, sourcing channels, and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for tech, finance, or professional services sectors
  • Arabic language skills are a plus
