Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain updated records in the HR system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in blue-collar and white-collar hiring within the UAE/GCC region.
  • Proficiency in Odoo software (HR/Recruitment modules preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, confident, and well-presentable personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Preference for female candidates to maintain team balance.
  • Should be currently available in the UAE.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
