Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards, to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
