Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Manage resourcing delivery for the assigned function or business area.
  • Use talent attraction and engagement tools to identify relevant candidates.
  • Promote vacancies and the employer brand through available media channels.
  • Match candidate skills with role requirements and discuss key areas with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Recommend suitable assessment methods and use available recruitment tools effectively.
  • Guide hiring managers through a structured interview process.
  • Maintain strong candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates at every stage of the process.
  • Collate market data to support talent planning initiatives.
  • Manage vacancies through ATS and keep candidate data accurate and updated.
  • Comply with data protection requirements when handling candidate information.
  • Facilitate candidate movement through the recruitment process.
  • Share feedback to improve the resourcing process where needed.
  • Ensure alignment with company values and behaviours.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree required.

2 years of UAE recruitment experience required.

Strong English communication skills.
