Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the region.

Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice.

Source candidates using job boards, direct sourcing, social media, and networking.

Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Ensure accurate reporting and tracking via the ATS.

Desired Candidate Profile

6+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition within a multinational environment.
Strong experience recruiting across GCC and international markets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using an ATS.
Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
