Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability in a fast-paced F&B environment. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing restaurant operations within the UAE or similar markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service are consistently maintained

• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service excellence

• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the F&B industry

• Experience working in high-end or high-volume restaurants in the UAE

  Strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue management

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
