Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai Marina
Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability in a fast-paced F&B environment. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing restaurant operations within the UAE or similar markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service are consistently maintained
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service excellence
Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the F&B industry
Experience working in high-end or high-volume restaurants in the UAE
Strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multi-cuisine or fine dining concepts
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and food safety regulations
Strong customer service orientation and team management skills
