Sales and Business Development Manager AIDC & RFID Devices - Supply Chain
Location: Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our AIDC and RFID device for Supply Chain sales efforts in GCC. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
2. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
3. Customer Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Product Knowledge Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our AIDC and RFID device portfolio, including features, benefits, and applications.
5. Competitor Analysis Stay up-to-date on competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform sales and business development strategies.
6. Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure aligned sales and business development efforts.
7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience Minimum 5-15 years of sales and business development experience in the AIDC and RFID industry.
3. Skills
Proven sales and business development track record.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong product knowledge and technical aptitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AIDC and RFID technologies, including barcode scanning, RFID tags, and related software applications.
5. Good relationship with AIDC principal
Nice to Have
1. Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as RFIDSCM or AIDC certifications.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages, depending on the region.
