Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients including hotels, spas, restaurants, salons, and caf s.

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to increase market share.

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for potential and existing clients.

Business Development

  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities within the skincare, hygiene, and personal care industries.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures aligned with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and product launches targeting.

  • Build strategic partnerships with distributors and key accounts.

Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.

  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3 5 years of proven sales and business development experience in the HORECA sector, preferably within cosmetics, skincare, hygiene, or personal care products.

  • Strong understanding of B2C & B2B sales cycles, contract negotiation, and relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
