Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and acquire new clients including hotels, spas, restaurants, salons, and caf s.

Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to increase market share.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for potential and existing clients.
Business Development
-
Research market trends and identify new business opportunities within the skincare, hygiene, and personal care industries.

Negotiate contracts and pricing structures aligned with company objectives.

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and product launches targeting.

Build strategic partnerships with distributors and key accounts.
Performance & Reporting

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools.
-
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
-
Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3 5 years of proven sales and business development experience in the HORECA sector, preferably within cosmetics, skincare, hygiene, or personal care products.

Strong understanding of B2C & B2B sales cycles, contract negotiation, and relationship management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
