Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own field sales enterprise software suite. Run physical demos, onsite stakeholder meetings, and technical discovery with hospitals, healthcare groups, insurers, governments, and large enterprises. Convert interest into pilots, then enterprise rollouts. Edge AI “Physical AI Infrastructure” with HL7/FHIR + DICOM interoperability and an operational ecosystem
1) Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
Build and manage a pipeline for deployments and enterprise subscriptions.
Drive deals from lead → discovery → demo → proposal → pilot → contract → rollout.
Maintain CRM hygiene (stage, next steps, stakeholders, blockers, probability).
2) Field Demos & Customer Workshops (Primary)
Run live physical demos and guided walkthroughs of the 30-minute clinical episode flow (triage → diagnostics → doctor review → prescription where applicable).
Conduct onsite stakeholder sessions with clinical, IT, security, procurement, operations, compliance.
3) Solution Consulting (Healthcare IT + Devices)
Map customer workflows (OPD, triage, corporate clinic, insurer triage, remote sites).
Explain and validate: Edge processing / privacy-first, resilience/offline principles, and integration approach.
Support integration discussions: HL7/FHIR, DICOM, identity, device onboarding, reporting/analytics.
4) Proposal, Pilot, and Rollout Execution
Draft commercial proposals (pilot scope, KPIs, rollout plan, SLA expectations).
Coordinate internally for demo logistics, installation readiness, training, and handover.
Ensure pilot success: utilization, turnaround time, stakeholder satisfaction, conversion to scale.
5) Partner & Channel Development (Secondary)
Identify and develop channels: distributors, system integrators, facility management partners, real-estate developers, large employers
Key Deliverables (Outputs Expected)
Weekly pipeline report: opportunities, stage, next actions, forecast.
Demo calendar execution: # demos/week, conversion rate, key objections.
Pilot design documents: site readiness checklist, workflow mapping, success KPIs.
Proposal pack per opportunity: technical + commercial + deployment plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have
Consultative B2B selling in healthcare IT / medical devices
Confident presenting to C-suite, clinicians, IT, and procurement
Networking basics: LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN concepts, security posture conversations
Comfort with clinical environments and compliance-driven buyers
Strongly Preferred
Experience selling/implementing HIS/HMIS/EHR, integration, HL7/FHIR workflows
Experience with PoCT devices, diagnostic workflows, or telemedicine systems
English fluency; ability to run meetings in English
Arabic fluency (spoken); ability to run meetings in Arabic
