Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, customized sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses aligned with client requirements
Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and craft winning solution narratives
Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, demos, and executive meetings
Translate product features into clear value propositions tailored to education stakeholders
Manage proposal timelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
Maintain and update proposal templates, content libraries, and reusable assets
Support bid strategy, pricing inputs, and documentation for tenders and large deals
Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen positioning and messaging
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, or sales proposal development (preferably in EdTech)
Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating executive-level presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is a must
Proven ability to translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive content
Experience working with sales teams across multiple regions (Middle East / North Africa preferred)
High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
