Roles & Responsibilities
Managed incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Prepared and typed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), official letters, gate passes, and engineering transmittals with accuracy and attention to detail.
Created, formatted, and edited reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Served as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, vendors, and internal departments, facilitating effective communication and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Organized, maintained, and safeguarded confidential files, records, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Implemented and maintained efficient filing and document management systems to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency.
Assisted with administrative and coordination tasks to support daily office operations and executive requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for part time as reliever for 1 Month
Possess at least 2 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role within Construction or Engineering industry, with a demonstrated track record of reliability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
Experienced in working within corporate and fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and dynamic business requirements.
