Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide advanced L2/L3 application support for Odoo and Dynamics 365, resolving complex issues and performing root cause analysis. • Customize and enhance ERP systems by developing modules, automations, scripts, and workflow improvements. • Administer and configure ERP modules, ensuring smooth integrations with internal and external systems. • Monitor application performance to maintain system stability, availability, and data accuracy. • Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to process improvements and controlled deployments.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience: 5+ years in Application Support or Software Development. 2. Technical Skills: Strong in C#.NET, Python, REST APIs, integrations, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MS SQL). 3. ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with Odoo (v12–v17) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Business Central / CRM). 4. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, and independence. 5. Additional Advantage: Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Git/DevOps tools, ticketing systems, Docker/CI/CD, plus a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
