Roles & Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources to ensure data integrity
  • Generate reports and identify trends to inform strategic HR decisions
  • Assist HRBPs with forecasting future workforce requirements
  • Create HC Dashboards

HR Policy Governance:

  • Maintain and update HR policy and procedure manuals to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Assist HRBPs with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and emerging trends to recommend policy updates
  • Ensure that all processes adhere to DHE HC policies

Job Description Management:

  • Update and maintain existing job descriptions to ensure accuracy and reflect current business needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop new job descriptions for open positions
  • Ensure JDs comply with requirements and accurately represent the position

Administrative Support:

  • Follow up on escalated cases of HC operations with Group Services
  • Maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees across the organization

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date on current HR trends and best practices
  • Assist with HR projects as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: Bachelor s degree in human resources management or a related field

  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret HR data
  • Reporting Skills: Ability to generate clear, concise, and informative HR reports
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with HRBPs, hiring managers, and employees at all levels
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
