Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, filing, and record management.
- Maintain employee personal files, contracts, and compliance documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Handle probation confirmations, contract renewals, promotions, and employee status changes.
- Implement HR policies and procedures as per company standards and UAE Labour Law.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting HR interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
- Recruit project-based staff such as engineers, site supervisors, quantity surveyors, sales agents, brokers, and facility management teams.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and document verification.
- Support manpower planning for real estate development projects, construction phases, and site operations.
- Coordinate HR requirements for project mobilization and demobilization at construction sites.
- Maintain contractor and subcontractor workforce records related to project manpower.
- Assist with HR documentation for consultants, brokers, channel partners, and property management staff.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR best practices, and company policies.
- Application of employment visas, medicals, Emirates ID, labour permits, and renewals.
- Handle employee leave management, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions with Accounts/Finance.
- Maintain records of salary structures, allowances, commissions, and real estate sales incentives (if applicable).
- Assist in HR processes for real estate sales teams, including commission structures, tracking of sales incentives, and broker agreements.
- Coordinate HR support for CRM teams, leasing teams, and customer service teams.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Support performance appraisal processes and training & development programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities, induction sessions, and internal communications.
- Update and maintain HR databases and reporting dashboards.
- Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and compliance records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Development companies in the UAE (Mandatory)
- Female candidates preferred
- Immediate joiner is an advantage
- Currently based in UAE
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate HR operations in the UAE
- Practical understanding of construction/project life cycle manpower requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills
