Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce planning.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing innovative recruitment processes that attract high-quality candidates and enhance employer branding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives by creating programs that foster a positive workplace culture and promote retention.
- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring it is effective in providing constructive feedback and drives employee growth.
- Manage labor relations by developing strategies to handle negotiations, grievances, and conflict resolution with a focus on maintaining positive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, regularly auditing HR policies and practices to mitigate legal risks.
- Implement HR data analytics to monitor key metrics, providing insights that drive decision-making and improve organizational performance.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating an equitable workplace that values diverse perspectives and promotes belonging.
- Design and facilitate training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career advancement.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert HR advice that supports business objectives and drives organizational change.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, showcasing advanced knowledge in HR management.
- Extensive experience in implementing HR technology solutions, showing proficiency in HRIS and data management systems.
- Expertise in labor law and compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to legal standards and ethical practices.
- Strong understanding of organizational development theories and practices, facilitating effective change management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language proficiency in a regional language considered an asset.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor HR teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship building across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of navigating complex HR challenges with strategic insight.
- experienced in freezone portals (Dubai trade, pcfc , trakhees)
- experience is shipping and logistics field is added advantage
