Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function for a growing professional services organization in the UAE.
This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can drive strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR function for 200+ white-collar employees
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and KPI frameworks
- Design and manage compensation structures, benefits, and incentive programs
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
- Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and staff development initiatives
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA / Master s in HR or equivalent qualification
10+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within professional or service industries
Strong understanding of UAE labour regulations and HR best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and administrative skills
Experience managing HR operations in mid-sized organizations
Preferred age bracket: 40 46 years
