Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on the GCC region and Jordan, combining strategic business development, partnership building, and enterprise sales to achieve revenue targets and accelerate market penetration across KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan.
- Conduct in-depth market research on GCC and Jordan-specific trends, national transformation programs (Vision 2030 and equivalents), digital maturity levels, regulatory changes (especially open banking and fintech), and the competitive landscape in digital analytics, customer engagement, and data platforms.
- Build, manage, and accurately forecast a high-quality opportunity and partnership pipeline, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships (technology partners, system integrators, resellers, etc.) to accelerate market entry and portfolio expansion in the region.
- Lead the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal/RFP response, contract negotiation, and deal closure with particular emphasis on complex GCC tender processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing long-term relationships at both commercial and technical levels and ensuring high customer satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
- Drive market awareness by attending major industry events (GITEX, LEAP, etc.), collaborating with regional technology partners, and creating targeted campaigns to attract new prospects.
- Apply a consistently data-driven approach to account planning and competitive positioning.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or growth/strategy roles.
- Proven experience working in or deeply with the GCC and Jordan markets (minimum 3 4 years in KSA and/or UAE strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and opening new markets, ideally in digital analytics, customer experience, or data platforms.
- Existing network and successful deals/relationships with Tier-1/2 banks, large enterprises, telecommunication companies, or fintechs in the region are a significant advantage.
- Deep knowledge of digital transformation trends, open banking regulations, financial sector development programs (e.g., Saudi Financial Sector Development Program, UAE FinTech Strategy, Qatar FinTech Strategy), and Vision 2030-related initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and GCC tender/RFP processes from planning through negotiation and closure.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills; able to engage credibly with C-level executives as well as technical teams.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to turn market insights into clear, actionable strategies.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region (40 60%).
