About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Officer - Executive Office to join Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Provide general administrative support, including maintaining databases, filing systems, scanning, photocopying, and filing, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, making travel arrangements, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, purchase orders, agreements, invoices, and receipts.
  • Serve as the point of contact for colleagues, guests, and vendors, acting as a liaison between departments.
  • Act as a Jumeirah ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining professional appearance, and supporting internal collaboration and operational efficiency.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Expert in managing files and records, taking minutes, stenography, and transcription
  • Proficient in English or preferred local language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
