Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Promote Yes Pac s employer brand through engaging recruitment campaigns and networking initiatives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Minimum of 4 years and up to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.

  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in a collaborative office environment.
