Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Promote Yes Pac s employer brand through engaging recruitment campaigns and networking initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Minimum of 4 years and up to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in a collaborative office environment.
