Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization s success by attracting, identifying, and acquiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand and deliver on workforce planning needs. As a senior member of the HR team, the specialist will leverage innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to support the organization s growing needs. They will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with the company s vision and values. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of HR best practices, and a proactive approach to identifying future talent needs and fostering a strong employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet talent acquisition needs.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for diverse hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to screen candidates for cultural and technical fit.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future organizational demands.
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and team members.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and metrics.
- Build and sustain a strong employer brand to attract top candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts for selected candidates.
- Foster strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Ensure an inclusive and unbiased recruitment process aligning with DEI policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Proven experience with a variety of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently and effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
