Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ours is an engineering and contracting company, engaged in construction projects across UAE.
Routine office administration & document coordination job
Regular site visits and capable of handling scaffolding (Hired / Asset) materials and Invoice Clearance.
Assist with processing of documents, forms, mailings and materials for the purpose of disseminating information to appropriate department across the organization.
Coordination between Site office and Head Office, supplier, consultant, client etc.
Maintain a variety of manual and computerized files and records for the purpose of providing documentation in accordance with administrative and legal requirements.
Maintain inventories of supplies and materials for the purpose of ensuring items' availability.
Prepare a variety of documents and materials (e.g. notes, standardized correspondence, handouts, purchase requisitions, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
Processes a wide variety of documents and materials (e.g. vouchers, etc.) for the purpose of disseminating information and/or payment to appropriate departments across the organization.
Respond to inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties (e.g. staff, engineers, contractors, etc.) for the purpose of providing information facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction.
Ensure proper documentations, drawings / material submission to respective authorities and maintain physical and electronic files or other organizational system.
Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines and scanners.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of daily Workforce Reports, and ensure that daily timesheets correlate correctly.
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
Drive ownership of health and safety in all aspects of project execution, office and personal environment.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduation from recognized University with at least 4 - 5 years of working experience in project companies in gulf region.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent software skills
- The candidates who can join immediately shall be preferred
