Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Design graphics, visuals, and layouts for social media posts and stories.
  • Edit and produce dynamic reels, short-form videos, and animations.
  • Ensure all content is visually consistent, on-brand, and tailored to client audiences.
Creative Execution
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to translate strategy into creative assets.
  • Stay on top of design trends, platform features, and emerging creative formats.
  • Experiment with fresh design ideas to boost engagement and reach.
Quality & Delivery
  • Deliver high-quality, polished content on schedule.
  • Adapt content formats for different uses (posts, stories, videos, carousels).
  • Maintain an organized workflow to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media design and video editing (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
  • Creative eye for layouts, typography, and color that work in social media.
  • Ability to balance creativity with deadlines and client guidelines.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animations.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and what makes content go viral.
  • Familiarity with photography or illustration.
