Roles & Responsibilities

Main Job Responsibilities:-

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and industry sectors for business expansion.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a comprehensive database of leads, prospects, and contacts.
  • Support in conducting market analysis and gathering competitive intelligence to inform business development strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Aid in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely responses to queries and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Assist in negotiations with clients regarding terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project statuses.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales reports, KPI trackers, and dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Support the coordination of business development events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Uphold the company's values, brand image, and reputation in all interactions and communications.
