Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Lead to drive sponsorship revenue and commercial partnerships for a premium events business in Dubai. This is not a junior sales role and not a relationship-building-only position. This role is for a proven closer who already operates within sponsorship, brand, and experiential sales ecosystems and can convert access into signed commercial agreements. You will own the full sales cycle for sponsorships and partnerships, from opportunity identification through negotiation and close, while working closely with internal teams to ensure event concepts are commercially viable and aligned with sponsor objectives. This is a revenue-critical role with performance-weighted compensation tied directly to deals closed. Key Responsibilities Own and drive sponsorship sales revenue across live events Personally source, pitch, negotiate, and sponsorship deals Leverage existing relationships to accelerate the sales cycle Identify and qualify high-value sponsors and commercial partners Develop sponsorship packages and proposals aligned with brand objectives Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures Collaborate with internal teams to shape event concepts based on sponsor demand, budgets, and ROI expectations Build a repeatable, scalable sponsorship sales pipeline Deliver consistent revenue against agreed sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Demonstrated track record in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, or commercial partnerships Proven history of personally closing sponsorship or brand partnership deals Existing relationships with: Brands, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers Agencies controlling sponsorship and experiential budgets Event promoters, venues, entertainment stakeholders Experience in: Events Sports marketing Entertainment or media partnerships Experiential or brand sponsorship sales Ability to clearly articulate: Revenue you’ve closed Brands you’ve sold to Deals you personally led end-to-end
