Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deployment of candidates.
- Responsible for business development, including identifying new clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and visa regulations, coordinating with PROs and relevant authorities for timely processing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns or escalations promptly.
- Monitor and improve service delivery by overseeing operational workflows, maintaining KPIs, and ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries to grow accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and mobilization of staff, especially for volume hiring or project-based deployments.
- Provide regular updates to senior management, including sales performance, client feedback, and operational challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters or support staff as the company scales, ensuring high standards of professionalism and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry in the UAE, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or client-facing role.
- Strong network and must have knowledge of the UAE job market, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Proven skills in business development, client management, and recruitment operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment software, and ATS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or HR certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic & Hindi.
