Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes.

  • Source and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments.
  • Manage and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the HR department on recruitment activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful TA Specialist should have:
