Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Source and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments.
- Manage and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the HR department on recruitment activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful TA Specialist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and its recruitment trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
