Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by spearheading the recruitment process. Your primary mission will be to devise and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and onboard top talent. You will collaborate closely with senior management to understand workforce needs and employ data-driven methods to improve recruitment efficiencies. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with both internal stakeholders and potential candidates. Leading a team of recruiters, you will ensure that our recruitment practices align with the company s long-term strategic goals, thus driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and resource gaps.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Establish recruitment metrics and analyze data to refine hiring strategies.
- Optimize the candidate experience for increased engagement and satisfaction.
- Utilize and manage recruitment tools and platforms to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate and host recruitment events to boost employer brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate competitive offers and close candidates effectively with minimal delay.
- Provide market insights and intelligence to aid strategic talent planning.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates, maintaining a talent network.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.
- Proven track record in leading recruitment teams and building hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
