Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team (3–5 members) and ensure effective recruitment delivery

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

  • Coordinate closely with Senior Management and Corporate HR Manager on workforce planning and hiring strategies

  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across multiple institutions for recruitment requirements

  • Ensure excellent client service and stakeholder engagement throughout the hiring process

  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality

  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and talent networks

  • Implement best practices in employer branding and candidate experience

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company HR policies

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategy

  2. Excellent stakeholder management and client servicing skills

  3. Leadership experience in managing recruitment teams

  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  5. Experience working with ATS systems and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

  6. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across institutions


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration

  • Minimum 6+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role

  • Experience in multi-location or institutional hiring is preferred


Benefits

  • All inclusive salary would be in the range of around AED.6,000/-

  • An independent studio apartment would be provided.

  • Monthly maintenance and utility charges would be borne by the employee.

  • 30 days paid annual leave on completion an year of service. Medical insurance for self as per the existing company policy.
