Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Talent Manager is responsible for strengthening the organization’s talent architecture by enabling a performance-driven culture, structured talent reviews, and robust succession pipelines. The role works closely with the HR Head to design and implement talent management frameworks that align with organizational priorities and long-term capability requirements. As a strategic partner to business leaders, the Talent Manager translates business needs into structured talent processes, actionable people insights, and development pathways that support organizational growth and leadership continuity.
Partner with business leaders to understand talent priorities and capability requirements
Translate business priorities into structured talent initiatives
Provide insights on talent trends, risks, and opportunities using people analytics
Strengthen the performance management philosophy and frameworks
Enable managers to drive continuous feedback and performance dialogue
Identify high-potential talent and define development pathways
In collaboration with the HR Head, design and institutionalize the Talent Review framework
Drive initiatives that strengthen employee experience and engagement
Track key talent metrics including performance distribution, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline strength
Provide structured talent dashboards and insights to leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
8–12 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to talent management or HR business partnering
Experience working with leadership teams on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
Exposure to organizational development and people analytics
Strong stakeholder management and analytical capability
Experience in the Industrial verticals will be an added advantage
