Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and operational roles across our retail and construction divisions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, an understanding of bulk manpower hiring, and experience working with diverse nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and retail division heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and overseas recruitment partners.
- Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews to assess suitability.
- Manage documentation, offer process, and coordination with the PRO/HR operations team for visa and joining formalities.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and local labor regulations.
- Maintain a strong database of candidates and recruitment vendors for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and participate in job fairs or recruitment drives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in blue-collar hiring, preferably within retail and/or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of bulk hiring processes and manpower planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes is an added advantage.
